            Each report and chart  is custom made according to the data and birth information we receive. Producing the report involves manual labor as well as professional skill, including the use of expensive, commercially licensed software and sophisticated calculation programs. We spend time, labor and professional skill on each chart. A  StarSeer report does not apply to anyone else except the person for whom it was created.

            You are responsible for filling out the requested data correctly, and we will use that data to cast a horoscope, calculate the chart, issue a report, etc.; 

            If we make a mistake, will gladly make good and either send you a correct chart or report, or refund your money.
