When placing an order, or inquiring about a request, please note that you need to submit the following information:

2. Birth date: month/day/year   and  birth time: hour/minute, AM or Pm. EX: June 26, 1948. 4:30 AM  ( or  21:45)

3. Birth Location: city, (hospital) county, state, country. Be as specific as you can. EX : Peekskill, NY, NY  or Venice, Italy.

4. If you wish to order a relationship report/analysis, you must submit the above information for both persons.

5. Check our Catalogue for the name(s) of the report(s) or chart(s) you wish to order, and indicate whether you want them sent per e-mail, (no extra charge), or fully printed, priority mail (additional shipping & handling charges apply per order: $ 6.00 US; $15 international; Multiple orders and orders above $45.00 we will calculate/adjus fees)

6. Be sure to fill out correct shipping address below, if necessary.

7. Make the appropriate payment using Paypal  to "StarSeer"  account/ or we will request payment from you through Paypal. We will ship immediately upon notification from Paypal that payment was made in the correct/ requested amount.
