do not sell or hand on any information to advertising firms or information
services, or any third party. Any information you submit is highly confidential
and we see to it that it remains so. All relevant
credit card information will be encrypted by secured
services transacted over secure https sites. When you order you will notice that you will be asked twice for a
login an e-mail address and a password, to better serve your protection. All
personal information remains on our servers, under lock and key.
StarSeer
observes the highest standards of ethics and
professional confidentiality, and will not divulge any personal information,
gained from our data or from personal consultations. You e-mail addresses will
never be used/abused with unsolicited mail from other parties, because of

will also notice that we do not run advertising banners or promote commercials. We
believe in the quality of our services and we work very hard to make this site
as pleasurable and informative for you as possible, without cheapening ourselves
or the products we offer. We offer high quality for the discriminating
individual. We have made a determined effort to cut out any commercialization
and advertising, and
which should make your StarSeer surfing experience more enjoyable.

All our
services are tailor made to your specifications. Since each
chart involves manual labor as well as professional skill, including the
use of commercially licensed software and sophisticated calculation
programs, we spend quite a bit of time on each chart done per customer.
You are responsible for filling out the requested data correctly,
and we will use that data to cast a horoscope, calculate the chart,
issue a report do a preliminary study in preparation of a consultation,
for example. If the error is on our side we will gladly make
good and either send you a correct chart or report, or refund your money. We believe in the value of our services and set great care
to have satisfied customers. We cannot issue refunds or redo orders, if you misspelled names, locations, or gave us the
wrong birth data on the information forms you submitted. But
do let us know if this happened, and we will try to work with you as
best we are able to do.
